The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is currently seeking to procure the goods and services listed below.
Current tenders
The IFRC Headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland. Worldwide IFRC has a total of 84 regional and country offices. The Geneva headquarters primarily provides travel services for IFRC Geneva based staff, as well as some IFRC field staff upon request. In addition, it provides travel services to 125 out of its 191 National Societies members attending statutory meetings and travelling to and from Geneva.
The IFRC office in Geneva plans to conclude a Framework Contract with a Travel Agency able to provide the travel arrangement services and handle the volume of such services as detailed below. The procedure will conclude with the signing of a (2) two-year framework contract. After the period of 2 years, the contract may be extended for (2) two additional years if so, agreed in writing by both parties. The contract will be awarded on non-exclusivity terms, meaning that in any time and form the IFRC may require similar services to other agencies, including signing other framework contracts.
