Referring to the tender invitation on 15 March 2024, The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites Companies to submit their quotations for: "Regional Framework Agreement for Shelter Tool Kits and Individual Items – Asia Pacific" with the updated schedule as below:
The deadline for submission of price quotations is now 7 May 2024 at 14:00 hrs (local Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time) instead of the originally requested 18th April 2024. Please note that your quotation must be received before the above-mentioned deadline and forwarded by e-mail to [email protected] Quotations received after the deadline may not be considered.
The deadline for reception of Shelter Tool Kit samples is now 6 May 2024 at 15:00 hrs (local Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time) instead of the originally requested 17th April 2024. Please observe and follow the details/instructions in the RFQN-MYRLU-24-0007 and Annexes.

As part of our support to the Road Safety Program, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) would like to procure Laser Speed Guns for shipment to Kenya - Mombasa County where numerous road accidents have been recorded due to over speeding vehicles, drink-drive, Non-use, or improper use of helmets and Non-use, or improper use of seatbelts. We are seeking to procure the devices from an experienced firm whose devices have type approval in Kenya. We aim to form a framework agreement for the year 2024/2025.
Description of goods:
A) Speed measurement laser devices’ specifications:

B. Computer:
Each measuring device must be provided with a "laptop" type computer, which will be compatible with the operating system of the measuring device, enable connection with the device, reading and processing of data recorded by the device.
